This carrier enables you to run a standard 3 oz standard carbine buffer instead of H buffer weights with an FRT.

There is a floating weight in the carrier tail which has a dead blow effect eliminating bolt bounce, and providing enough weight for the FRT to function as intended. 

We have tested this successfully with the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety, AS Designs ARC fire FRS, Atrius Development FRS, and Rare Breed FRT. Similarly designed product should work as well.

    This thing worked just as advertised. AR pistol with carbine length gas tube and a three position FRS. Love it!

    Hit and miss in my m4 clone , i can catch the frt every couple pulls ,but it works same as a normal bolt carrier ,if i use the heavier buffer the frt runs smooth with a normal bolt carrier, this still has that pre tune stutter , only switched because i had it on hand and needed a quick fix on new rifle until i get right buffer in ,
