This carrier enables you to run a standard 3 oz standard carbine buffer instead of H buffer weights with an FRT.
There is a floating weight in the carrier tail which has a dead blow effect eliminating bolt bounce, and providing enough weight for the FRT to function as intended.
We have tested this successfully with the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety, AS Designs ARC fire FRS, Atrius Development FRS, and Rare Breed FRT. Similarly designed product should work as well.

Better than replacing a buffer and spring
Solved all my problems when running a frt. tried a h2 and h3 buffer with a flat spring still got light strikes. This dbc fixed it and now it runs perfectly highly recommend getting one of these, don’t waste time and money with springs and buffers weights

The Answer for FRT & Selector Safeties
Absolutely resolved my dwell time issues in my SBRs with Atrius Super Selektors. Yes, you can do an H2 or H3 buffer, springs, trigger finagling, or you can just get one of these. With the rising price of tungsten and the cost of H3 buffers, this is the Easy Button. No buffer and spring swaps. Works flawlessly with suppressed and unsuppressed in 10.5” and 11.5” carbines. Well made, as usual, and super simple. If you want to keep your BCG and your not afraid of a little machining, get the weight, pin and drilling jig. Superb answer to the guesswork of tuning cycle of function timing.

FRT & SB Tactical HBPDW
If you have the SB Tactical HBPDW and want to get your FRT running, this thing will do the JOB! the heavy Maxim CQB weight and spring isn't always in-stock so here is another option for throwing FREEDOM seeds down range!!! Another plus over the Maxim kit is this will work in your other rigs too... so you are not needing to buy other buffer weights when you don't NEED to!
