ORDERING POLICY
by placing your order through this website you agree to these terms and conditions-Please assure your order is 100 percent correct, orders cannot be changed, modified, or updated once submitted. It is your responsibility to assure your shipping address is correct, you have chosen the correct color, thread pitch, barrel length etc-If you forgot to add something to your order you must place another order-Any discount codes must be entered and accepted by our system to be applied to the order. If you forgot to add the code or could not find where to enter it, the code cannot be applied later-At the time of purchase your card will be charged for your order, this assures your place in line for limited availability products-We invest valuable time and money filling your orders, this means if you absolutely must cancel your order there will be a 10 percent fee, based off the total order, to cancel. This is to cover credit card processing fees and the time it takes to cancel your order. A written email must be accepted by us to attempt to cancel. Many different employees create labels, pack boxes, and answer emails, we will attempt to cancel but may not be successful, if your box ships out you will be responsible for returning it for a refund.-We attempt to ship all order within 1-4 business days depending on our workload, we fill orders in the order that we receive them. If you ordered sunday night, please respect that we will fill our other customers that ordered friday and sat first..-The refund policy states no returns after 30 days, please refer to our return policy-Our business is not set up to easily change, modify, or cancel orders.. It is NOT our intention to make ordering difficult for our customers and we apologize for implementing these changes but in an effort to keep our prices low streamlining the ordering process is required

Returns & Replacements
Our #1 priority is your 100% satisfaction. If any product you purchase from us ever fails to 100% meet or exceed your expectation, contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by telephone or EMAIL and we will attempt to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, returns are accepted subject to the following guidelines:
ALL SHOCKWAVE PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE.
Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable. Orders that where shipped to you at no charge with a "Free Shipping" offer will have the cost of the original shipping deducted from the refund amount.
New items that have been used may not be returned unless defective.
-The KAK INDUSTRY LLC warranty only applies to manufacturer defects. You must be the original purchaser from KAK INDUSTRY LLC and be able to show proof of purchase. Products purchased 2nd hand or from third party websites do not have a warranty through KAK INDUSTRY LLC and must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Returns must include all accessories as shipped. Refunds will be adjusted for returns missing accessories, factory boxes etc. or may be returned to the customer at the customers expense, at our option. If you are keeping or have lost some of the pieces, please don't return the item.
Items marked Closeout or Blem, as well as Special Orders may not be returned and their sale is final.
Items that are Custom contract manufactured may not be returned and their sale is final unless defective
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%
Any damaged shipments must be reported to carrier immediately for proper claim handling
All returns must be prepaid. Insurance on returns is at your option and at your expense and risk. COD returns will NOT be accepted and the package will be returned to you.

If the item(s) you ordered are not immediately available, and we anticipate making or receiving some in the near future, at our option we will hold the entire order for a short period of time and ship it complete.
