Solved a problem
Needed a heavier buffer to slow down extraction on a Middie. Lot cheaper than buying several different buffers for trial and error troubleshooting. Little expensive for just a little piece of metal though. Still, the best price I could find on the Net.

Great Product
Bought two of the tungsten buffer weights for my LR .308 with A2 rifle buttstock , increased the weight of the buffer from 5.2 ounces to almost 8 ounces and seemed to help with the "bolt bounce" I was getting sometimes. Another company sells "Heavy Buffers" for a variety of AR type rifles and they sell a 10 ounce buffer for my rifle configuration , they make a very nice product but very expensive !!! This is the way to go if you do not mind taking the buffer apart and removing the stock weights with the KAK tungsten weights , it is really quite simple to do ! I think I will order a few more tungsten weights and another stock buffer and have a variety of buffers at different weights , this is the way to go if you are on a budget. Another thing i would like to mention to the KAK company is alot of gun owners online are looking for these weights and cannot find them , you seem to be the only company offering these to gun owners/builders. Get your product out there a little more on the forums and internet search's and I guarantee you will sell alot of these things , it took me quite a bit of time to finally find these online

KAK Tungsten Buffer Weights
Second time I have ordered from KAK. Product is excellent and the shipping was fast. I will check KAK before I order in the future.

Does the Job
The weights I received were 42 grams. They are 2-3 grams heavier than some of the Tungsten weights that were supplied in pre made buffers from another retailer. This is a good thing if you want to add weight to a buffer. Over all a great product.

Way to go
I posted on this review during a previous purchase and still feel the same. If you already have a buffer and need to change to a different weight, this is the most cost effective way to go that I have found. Drive out the roll pin on the buffer you have, pull the polymer bumper out (it can be a bugger in some cases), swap out the number of tungsten weights to match your goal, and put it back together. I've "converted" several buffers to different weights (ie H, H2, H3) by swapping out the tungsten weights to achieve my goal. I keep several weight on hand so I can tune each build as needed. How many weights you need depends on your needs and that's another topic.

So many carbine buffers so little money
I bought 5 of these tungsten weights, now instead of 3 carbine buffers I have 2 H2's and 1 H1 for the cost of one complete buffer. Now my rifles running smooth and happy.

Great product
I had a few generic carbine buffers around and these are a great find, just pop that roll pin out and swap one of these weights out for one of the steel weights in the standard buffer and you have an H1, swap two for an H2, 3 for an H3, very cost efficient to just swap weights instead of buying all new complete buffers, use the colored bumpers to distinguish between the buffers you have swapped
