BUFFER WEIGHT - TUNGSTEN

Because most rifles are over- gassed from the factory for reliability, some people choose to tune recoil impulse, and changing weights in a buffer is easier than installing a tunable gas port, at least for me. Tungsten is the go-to for increasing recoil mass, and for the cost of what some places get for a single one of the "big G" brand weights, you can get a Tungsten, and a few Steel and Aluminum weights, and really dial it in. A Tungsten is 0.86oz heavier than a steel weight, and 1.28oz heavier than an aluminum one, when you swap. Don't forget to refresh your spacers, if they look flattened. Maybe do it anyway, if you've run a lot of rounds through. KAK has never disappointed me, with any of my purchases. Just assume quality is a given. USA OK!!

Wanted the 9.6 oz kit but it was sold out with no ETA so I ordered the 8.9. Then I read that I could get the tungsten weight separately so ordered this. Very easy upgrade. Now I have the 9.6 that I wanted.

Having buffer weights as separate parts available is great. Why spen a fortune trying different buffer weights (H1,H2,H3 etc?) When you can buy the weights and tune what you already have. These tungsten weights are identical in size and weight to any other buffer weight I've found. So, save some $$, get a scale, get some weights, and tune away with these and the other steel weights, aluminum weights, and the appropriate spacers as well. Thanks again KAK Industry.

One of the very few places that has them on hand at a good price. Used to adjust the cyclic rate on a few rifles to resolve feeding and extraction problems.

Great weights, but a little bit under weight, if you use the 3 pieces they don't match an H3 buffer.
