AR15 9MM MAG WELL ADAPTOR FOR COLT / UZI STYLE

I wanted to build a cheap AR9 as a project. I originally got the ProMag magwell, which is why I bought the KAK version. The PM did not hold the mags (ASC and Pro Mag) and had FTF and FTE. My setup is about as budget as it gets, PSA upper and BCG, Anderson lower. Do yourself a favor, buy this adapter, you won’t be sorry. I used CCI, American Eagle , AE Target brass, no issues. Also no issues with Blazer aluminum. I put about 300 round total, not one issue. Easy to install, comes with everything you need. If I do another AR9 build, I will absolutely buy another! To me, being $100 is a bit much form what it is and does, but it works perfect, and at half the cost of the others.

I made the mistake of purchasing a cheaper plastic mag well adapter at first, did not feed properly to my BA barrel. I ordered this and it has worked flawlessly! I did polish the feed ramps before installing it, but probably not necessary. I have used 115gr ball ammo up to 147gr hollow points and it has not had one feed issue at all. I have also tried different buffer and springs and everything has worked properly since installing this magwell adapter. Every colt user should get this adapter. Have used this with ASC mags and PSA mags. No lockback issues, zero issues at all, almost no play in magazine fit.

This is what you need. I ran 104 rounds four mags. PERFECT.

Good and tight in the mag well. Holds, then ejects magazine like it should. No inteference issues between the bolt/bullet guide like the last two builds I've done with dedicated 9MM lowers

I have his part in a build with a Spike's Tactical lower and an FM-Products FM9 8.5" upper. The adapter is very easy to install and feeds flawlessly. I had tried another brand previously, but it wouldn't feed hollowpoint ammo with any consistency. The KAK adapter feeds even wide-mouth hollowpoint ammo beautifully. Definitely a great product.

The KAK 9mm mag well adapter fit snugly into the Anderson lower I purchased. I am very exited to see how it performs when rounds are put through the weapon.

This is a price performer and it works great! It took me a long time to decide just what parts to use and still be within the budget I'd set for it. Right out of the box it has performed flawlessly. I've run 4 different ASC 20 and 32 rd mags through it and had zero issues. The LRBHO worked from the beginning. No bending or adjustment required. The adaptor fit snugly in a PSA lower without any issue. That went along with an Aero slick sided upper and KAW 16" barrel, linear comp, bolt, 7.5 oz. buffer and spring. The gun went together like a charm and worked as if it had come from a factory and tested beforehand. It shoots really well, too. If I decide to build a pistol version, I won't hesitate to use another one of these adaptors.

Wanted to convert an AR lower to 9mm. Found this and since it is made of metal figured i would give it a shot. Fits nicely and seats firmly. No play at all. Magazines slide in nicely and drop like a champ.

Used adapter in PSA lower - test fired unit today. No problems, LRBHO is great.
