AR15 9MM MAG WELL ADAPTOR FOR COLT / UZI STYLE

Didn’t know I needed this till after I bought a Glock mag conversion. When I realized the less expensive, and obviously convenient Glock conversion didn’t have LRBHO…..I immediately came across the KAK version for the colt mags. Well worth the price and works perfectly. I did have to do some touch up on the bolt catch to work properly. It had nothing to do with KAK’s block. It was all in the lower. Couldn’t be happier.

Great product, now includes longer 3/8in set screws. I took the time to remove the imperfections on the feed ramp, first 600grit to remove machining marks(lines), 1k, 2k and then 3k grit sanding finish, finally mirror polish. I also added dimples in the lower for the set screws. Make sure not to over tighten, top screw will strip easily.

Easy to install, Feels solid. Have to pop the magazine with the bolt closed but so far everything has held together. I'm happy ?

I had built a 9mm AR a few years ago and used a generic entry level adapter for my project. It worked OK for a time then as I was recently practicing for USPSA I really saw its shortcomings. Long story short I saw an article and the KAK Adapters were held in high regard.I quickly ordered one and it was a HUGE improvement over my last one. This one will keep up with fast clean feeding, no more stovepipes, Super robust and made real well, this should last a long while for sure! I shoot 147gr in my PCC and it cycles them perfectly. Use a bit of Loctite Blue for your screws and you'll be good to go! Signed Happy Joe

Fits and functions great in my Anderson poverty pony lower. I am using Duramag colt mags and KAK 8” 9mm upper.
