AR15 9MM MAG WELL ADAPTOR FOR COLT / UZI STYLE

This is a great magazine adapter. However, there are a few things you should know. ASC magazines did not work at all with my setup the feed lips would not let the bolt to pass through without hanging up. I am using metalform brand magazines and they fit much better. The mag fits snugly in the adapter block and locks in and drops free easily. When cycling rounds by hand I was having frequent misfeeds. I hand polished the feed ramp on the block and polished the opening to the chamber on the barrel and this completely resolved the issue. I put 200 rounds through it yesterday at the range with no issues at all. I am running a KAK 8" value line barrel.

I bought a CMMG 9mm dedicated lower, but I didn't want to wait the 7+ months to SBR it before I could put an 8.5" barrel on it so I bought this mag block for my SBR'd 5.56 lower and put my shorty upper on it. LRBHO works perfectly, it ejects reliably and it is very solid, no fear of it moving around. The only issue I've had with it that I didn't have with the dedicated 9mm lower is that if I use the mag as a monopod, sometimes the gun will malfunction, but this is for USPSA PCC division so I'll never be shooting like that anyway. All in all I highly recommend this product as an alternative to a dedicated lower.

I purchased this mag block adapter for my 9mm AR build. After searching on the web and coming up with many other similar products being out of stock, I settled on KAK industries product. I am pleased with the quality & the fact that it was in stock when ordered. I did have some feeding issues that were later resolved. For my build the metal form brand magazines worked better than the ASC brand magazines. Thank you KAK industries.

well made very good tolerances snug fit Asc magazines wouldn't feed the last round modified uzi and metalform did 3 things that I think should be done to improve Instructions with parts breakdown, polish the feed ramp make the set screws 1 size bigger

I bought this block to replace a ProMag piece of pooh that I had installed on my 9MM pistol (I don’t know what I was thinking). I worked for over two weeks on that thing to finally make it work, but this KAK block worked flawlessly out of the box. I love the fact that this KAK block has adjustment fittings for your build. I always think that these blocks are overpriced, but the KAK is far better priced than their competitors and works just as well, if not better. Buy this 9mm magwell block, you will not be disappointed I guarantee it.

I researched mag well adapters before I decided on purchasing one. From what I have found this one is comparable to the other high dollar adapters at half the cost. I ordered it with other parts needed and sat back and waited. Shipping was prompt, less than 4 days from order, to packaging, to delivery, I had my adapter and parts and was ready to check it out. The adapter fit snugly into my anderson lower with out issue. I installed the upper and charged the bolt. No hang ups or catches, the bolt did not drag across the adapter, and the adapter did not try to wobble around as I test it out. I got some magazines that fit this model and tested them against the location of the mag catch. The are a perfect fit. Loaded them up and tried again. No problems. Locked into place and did not allow the magazine to rise to high into the bolt chamber. Rounds feed smoothly across the feed ramp and no catches. When I finally got a chance to take ti to the range, everything worked as expected and no issues at all feeding or ejecting the mag.

This item was not in stock when I decided to order. A quickly responded to email to the sales staff told me that it would be in stock in a couple days. 1 day later, I received notification that it was in stock. Easy ordering and lightning fast shipping. Install was a cinch, fit was perfect. First time out was a PCC match. After about 3 rounds, I had a stoppage. That was the last of it. About 250 rounds later, not even a hint of a hiccup. Mags drop free and reloads are smooth. The other brand at twice the price was in stock just about nowhere. Worth the wait and $100 saved!

great item fast shipping and solid quality...only problem is now my wife wants a 9mm ar pistol!!
