Machined in house and assembled using only the finest steels and components.

KAK Industry takes pride in producing some of the finest Mil-Spec AR15 bolt carrier groups available, made 100% in house at our MO facility using the latest in robotics manufacturing tech

  • Carrier- machined from aircraft/bearing quality 8620 steel, heat treated, ground to perfection
  • Profile- M16 full auto profile carrier with correct sear trip placement
  • Bolt- Machined from aircraft/bearing quality 9310 steel, heat treated properly, precision ground, standard .125 bolt face depth, MPI Tested
  • Firing pin- Machined to the mil-spec print from 8740, precision ground, properly heat treated
  • Extractor- Machined enhanced billet extractor - phosphate coated
  • Ejector- S7 tool steel ejector and extractor retaining pin
  • Gas Key- 4130 steel, nitride treated, precision staked using our hydraulic staking machine

For 7.62x39, 9x39, or similar, designed to run both steel and brass cased ammo

    Works like a champ so far I've only to put 100 rounds downrange so far after I was able to get it to shoot it was due to a hammer spring installed backwards I have tried silver bear and Tullamo and Poly Performance Wolf Ammo all have worked great with just a standard AR-15 hammer spring and yes I would recommend this to any of my friends that we're going to build a 7.62x 39 AR.

    Excellent BCG, great craftsmanship. I am using it with a KAK industries value line 7.62x39 11 inch barrel. Added both to an Aero Upper, this barrel was a perfect match at the feedramps, headspace is perfect, finish is great, build was tested with Tula and everything was perfect. Also the service at KAK is the best.

    Run this in my Aero upper/lower 16" build shooting Tula ammo. Runs without flaws, reliable, and still breaking in. Great product for the money. Looks to be good quality. I've bought other products from KAK , and will buy more.

    running with mil spec trigger and haven't had a misfire yet. still working out the mags, but seems very promising after 300 rounds. cleans up nice. /sct

    Bought this BCG because they were the only company to even have one in stock, excellent quality for your budget 7.62x39 upper. Fired 20 brass case then 20 steel case not one issue. Will be buying a 458 socom BCG when they become back in stock! Thanks KAK insustries, great product.

    Great service with KAK from order to receiving. Solid BCG and works as expected. Definitely would recommend and purchase again. The reason I did not give 5 stars is there are better quality bolts out there and better prices if you shop the sales.

    7.62x39 BCG was shipped fast. Only have about 100rd through it so far....but does what its supposed to do! Good quality. Would recommend to others for sure.
