Machined in house and assembled using only the finest steels and components.

KAK Industry takes pride in producing some of the finest Mil-Spec AR15 bolt carrier groups available, made 100% in house at our MO facility using the latest in robotics manufacturing tech

  • Carrier- machined from aircraft/bearing quality 8620 steel, heat treated, ground to perfection
  • Profile- M16 full auto profile carrier with correct sear trip placement
  • Bolt- Machined from aircraft/bearing quality 9310 steel, heat treated properly, precision ground, standard .125 bolt face depth, MPI Tested
  • Firing pin- Machined to the mil-spec print from 8740, precision ground, properly heat treated
  • Extractor- Machined enhanced billet extractor - phosphate coated
  • Ejector- S7 tool steel ejector and extractor retaining pin
  • Gas Key- 4130 steel, nitride treated, precision staked using our hydraulic staking machine

For 7.62x39, 9x39, or similar, designed to run both steel and brass cased ammo

    What can I say other than thank you KAK! I paired this BCG with an 18" KAK barrel and it's been nothing but flawless. I noticed the craftsmanship right out of the box, very well made. KAK listened to their customers and added their logo so not only is it a quality BCG, it's also a work of art. I smile every time the ejection door drops down. My next build will be built around another KAK barrel & this lovely BCG.

    The 7.62x39 BCG I bought exceeded my expectation. I was expecting a basic, mil spec fit and finish for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. The finish was what looks to be DLC, or ion bond maybe. And, the machining, and quality of the bolt is outstanding. The pictures are deceptive in the best way. They don't look as good as the actual product!

    Since the company I work for, WC, doesn't offer 7.62x39 I sought out the best value barrel and BCG for 7.62x39. I need to shoot alot and cheap plus its is a good SHTF round. This has been a very pleasant surprise! Quality is superb and that is coming from someone who works for high end company. Everything has worked flawlessly and has been a great joy to shoot. I will buy again.

    after struggling for weeks to get my 7.62 build functioning properly, i ordered the kak bolt, it finally works, so far ran about 250 rounds through it, only misfired 3, Id say its 99% functional and reliable now, new bolt might just need broken in a little more to lose her up some. I would highly recommend it though
