KAK Industry AR15 13" MLOK Free Float Handguard

Designed and machined here in the U.S.A., KAK's free float AR15 handguards are of exceptional value.   

Our twin lug fastening system pulls the handguard firmly against the barrel nut, eliminating handguard deflection, while the anti-rotation tabs guarantee that the handguard is in perfect alignment with your upper receiver.  Unlike the pressure clamps used on many handguards, our mounting system ensures that your handguard will not detach from the upper or rotate out of place. Our Handguard design is incredibly rigid in combination with our HD barrel nut and heavy-duty mounting hardware.

 

  • Machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum
  • Hard coat anodized
  • Full length top picatinny rail
  • MLOK attachment slots on all 7 sides
  • Steel HD barrel nut – Properly heat treated with phosphate finish uses a standard castle nut wrench or the included barrel nut wrench
  • Billet aluminum fastening lugs- Properly heat treated, phosphate finish
  • Grade 8 HD fasteners, properly heat treated, black oxide finish, hex head.
  • Free float handguard for increased accuracy
  • 13" overall length, Handguard measurements are true to length

    I am beyond impressed with KAK's quality and products. I have nothing but good things to say about this rail, from its fit and finish to how it feels when running and gunning. This rail is an excellent addition to any build and the price is unmatched! I have some other "Gucci" rails on my other rifles and after using this on a most recent build I'm questioning why I even bothered spending 3X the price on other brands. Seriously, KAK you make excellent parts and I will be a customer for life.

    All parts were there to change barrell and very good instructions ,very satisfied,part were high quality and finish was very good ,matched my upper receiver finish

    Very happy with my purchase. Handguard is super solid. The wedge lock design is great and holds tight. I had to remove my handguard to get my barrel pinned and welded and it took some work to get the wedges back out. I like that. It’s super solid and a great value. Only handguard I’ll use from now on.

    Solid hand guard at a great price

    My hand guard savvy is a few years behind so I set out looking for a better locking system and MLOK. I found this and the price was right and I am impressed. Rail itself is solid and the locking system is so much better than indexing/shims/pinch fit. The wrench was nice too. Thanks!

    Very nice handguard

    The handguard has 2 beveled wedges that bolt together with Allen bolts & the barrel nut have groves that the bolts go through & the fit was great & it feels good no sharp edges. Thanks
