KAK INDUSTRY AR10/LR-308 COMPLETE BOLT CARRIER GROUP

  • Full Auto Profile with correct sear trip placement
  • Permatex added between Gas Key and Carrier Mating Surface
  • Carrier- 8620 steel, outside rails, bolt runs, and gas bores ground to .0002 tolerances
  • Gas key – 4130 steel, heat treated, secured with proper grade 8 fasteners, torqued to spec, staked with  hydraulic staking machine 
  • MPI Tested and marked
  • 9310 Dual ejector bolt, phosphate finish 
  • High pressure firing pin and smaller HP FP hole
  • 18 oz

    Ordered one for my sbr build and it's really nice. You can tell quality and care was put into making this. I bought this to match my 12.5 inch KAK barrel as well. I would definitely buy more from them.

    I bought an LR308 of of a guy and it had major issues. I've shot more types of ammo than I could count trying to find something that it would cycle. With most, I wouldn't get more than 3 rounds through it before I had a FTE, would have to pull the charging handle back, lock it open, drop the magazine, clear the spent casing and the live round, release the bolt again and fire away. Sometimes only getting one round out and doing the whole thing over again. Soft points, I might get a mag through it but that was all it would cycle, and only somewhat reliably. Buying this was the last thing I intended to do with this thing before selling it or parting it out. I've had it out twice with this BCG and have about 200 rounds through it...some cheap, non soft point ammo, Perfecta and ZQI included. I have yet to clear a jam and couldn't be happier. I am considering buying another for back up.

    As a machinist, I was truly impressed with the fit, finish and quality of this bolt carrier group especially considering the price. I would not hesitate to order another.

    I purchaed this for my fulton armory titan build in a 243 winchester. The bcg is better than the 3 other factory dpms bolt carrier groups that are in my other 3 lr308 rifles. I really like the double extractor, and shiney black finish the nitride provides. It works great in my rifle, and would gladly buy another. Get yours why you can. No worries here.
