AR15 MLOK Handguard - 15"

I build a lot of uppers for folks. Since finding these and putting them on my own builds and then abusing them ie: off barricades, rocks cars walls etc. They are what I recommend for all my builds. I’ve used all the $$$ gucci brands and find these to lock up, as well or better than way more expensive rails. Yes, if you load the crap out of them back at the barrel nut, you’ll get a 0.2-0.3Mil shift. The only uppers of seen that won’t shift are monolithic or semi-monolithic systems at way higher cost. I haven’t used the lightweight barrel nuts so can’t speak to those, but after purchasing, or having customers purchase, I’ve used them on 20+ builds. Every thing from 10.5-15”. I’ve yet to see one rotate, loosen up or break. Despite trying to break the first few I bought. They also hold laser zero, with the same shift you’d get with an optic while really pushing them into barricades. Fit the money, I find them to compete with everything else that’s easily obtainable, and at a price the average shooter can afford.

I initially purchased one of these for a budget build I made for a friend, but enjoyed it so much I replaced my 350 dollar Faxon carbon fiber handguard with this one! For the price this makes it an incredible buy. 100% recommend it even for a high end build. Very solid construction and it takes some serious effort to make it move at all.

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I have not put much use on it yet. Installation was simple and the rail lined up essentially perfectly with the PSA uppers I put these on. I appreciate the simplicity, plus the design with continuous rail and M-LOK allows me to match configurations with my more expensive rifles so handling stays essentially the same. If this stands up to abuse, I'll probably get more.

Wow I was very impressed by this hand guard, really nice fit-n-finish, a little on the heavy side which is perfectly fine to me. I know KAK good stuff so this was a no brainer to try out. Most definitely will be buying more.

The handguard has excellent fit and finish. I experienced a minor issue getting the wedges out before installation, but KAK's customer service quickly provided a solution.

This is an incredibly sturdy hand-guard for the money. Fit and finish was fantastic too. Quality and stability wise these punch wayyy above their price point. I hope you fine folks at kak consider making a 17 inch version… I’d buy it in a heartbeat

Solid, like the attachment method, good anodizing, priced unbelievably. Will be buying two more soon.

I am utterly outstanded by the excellent quality of this magnificent craftsmanship used to build this handguard. Especially at its price point.
