• Carrier- machined from aircraft/bearing quality 8620 steel, heat treated, ground to perfection, and nitride treated by H&M BlackNitride™
- Full Auto Profile with correct sear trip placement
- Permatex added between Gas Key and Carrier Mating Surface
- Carrier- 8620 steel, outside rails, bolt runs, and gas bores ground to .0002 tolerances
- Gas key – 4130 steel, heat treated, secured with proper grade 8 fasteners, torqued to spec, staked with hydraulic staking machine

Works as expected!
This is the fifth KAK AR carrier 3 in AR10 and 2 in AR15, with one AR10 being a magnum BCG complete. All work wonderfully well, without any hiccups at all.

LR 308 bolt carrier
Very nice piece! Well made, no sharp edges, good looking finish job. Fit perfect, and arrived quickly. What more can you ask for? Even the staking on the gas key screws look well executed! Highly recommend it.
