There's no reason to pay double- or even three-times more than this for a charging handle. Seriously, unless you want an ambi, this is all you need. The build quality is perfect and the materials and features are as good as any other premium brand, but you're not paying far more than you should for the tactical tax that plagues the industry. The extended latch is large enough for a solid purchase without being prone to catching on things. It also has an integral trough to redirect gas away from your face. That works great on its own, but some gasket maker in that space can easily seal the gap entirely. No more hot gas up your nose that feels like its gonna take the top of your head off when shooting suppressed.

This big latch charging handle was just what I needed. After mounting a scope on my AR, I was having trouble getting a hold of the charging handle. This big latch handle did the trick. Highly recommend.

Great charging handle for the price! Only thing to keep in mind is that if you have it hanging from a strap it will catch on your clothing.
