AWESOME!
I bought a Hahn 9mm conversion block and it works great but was almost twice the price of the KAK and does not hold the bolt open after the last round. I couldn't stand taking a shot and "click" so I bought the KAK with LRBHO. It took a bit of work to fit the block to my AERO lower but thats a good thing. Better too big then too small and it now fits perfectly snug. Since the lowers magazine catch is what holds the block in, I could actually use it without the top screw (in case I lost it) as the only time it would be unsupported is the 1/2 second you release a 9mm mag and since its a snug fit, the block isn't going anywhere. First time I used the block I fired a 300 round assortment of Remington 115gr FMJ, S&B 115gr FMJ, Winchester "Forged" 115gr FMJ (Win Forged is garbage) and even steel cased Wolf 115gr and Tula 115gr. Every round was flawless and the bolt stayed open on the last round EVERY TIME! I ran a swab down the barrel and the next day shot 350 rounds (250 rounds of Rem 115gr FMJ and 100 rounds of steel cased Tula 115gr) FLAWLESS! I love the LRBHO because you can hear the difference when you fire the last shot. You know the guns empty and you see the empty chamber. This "bottom load" mag from KAK is 100% the way to go, it is AWESOME! My setup is AERO lower, DPMS "slick side" .223 upper, KVP "ramped" 9mm bolt, KVP 9mm barrel and KVP 7.5 Stainless Steel 9mm buffer

9mm well block
Little fitting required, put 150 rounds down range with no problem. Love the way it worked out . Thanks for a quality part that works perfectly.

Very nicely made product
I picked this up for my 9mm build . Slid in Snugly yet perfectly to my Andersen lower . I’ve yet to fire the weapon , however , it’s seated my 10 round ASC magazines beautifully . Pending any issues, which I don’t foresee , I will update my review . Thank you for a quality piece !

Excellent
The quality of this adaptor is far superior then the others. The last round bolt open functions perfectly. Only complaint is I had to bend the ejector slightly towards the bolt due to it not ejecting completely and cause if jams. After I bent it my pistol functioned perfectly 10/10. Ran 200 rounds through it rapid fire without any jamming. I strongly recomend this adaptor

Uzi / Colt AR Mag adapter
Customer service was outstanding. Had some issues with delivery, they got it worked out fast. Really appreciate the support. New Unit arrived. Installation in MIL spec lower was very tight. Installation required standing and polishing of the adapter. Was not as drop-in as i would have liked. Will likely abandon and go to a dedicated lower. Nonethesless, for conversion part, its ok. I would recommend dedicated lower for new builds but if you have spare lower, its a nice add-on for a 9mm conversion.

Tinkerers dream
Purchased for nine mill AR build. Very few fitment issues but it did require some smoothing of the feed ramp and fitment with my polymer lower receiver. Still ironing out reliability problems but very pleased

Quality Product
Easy Install, Excellent Tolerances, Minimal play between the mag adapter and mag well. Set screw at the bottom eliminates all movement and lock the adapter in place well. Standard colt metal mags seems to fit better with less resistance when reloading. The polymer promag mags seem to have alot of resistance when loading and ejecting the magazine. Excellent Product overall, well built and matches up with the KAK enhanced 9MM BCG and the KAK 4.5" Barrel perfectly as expected.

Pretty darned impressed!
So I read all of the reviews, and decided to order one! First of all am I the only person who read the description and thought it would also take Uzi mags? Well it doesn't. Installation was a breeze, and it ran without an issue using the inexpensive polymer covered 32 round Pro Mags. I put a hundred rounds down range without a problem including steel case. This is my first 9 mm AR build. I'm using a basic Anderson multi caliber lower, with a 10 1/2" pistol upper. What I did notice not related to the product was the trigger pin started walking almost immediately, which apparently is very common in 9 m m builds. There are several companies out there that make a remedy for this. Back to the product, definitely give this a shot, and I think everybody here for their reviews to make an informed decision!

Works flawlessly in M16 lower
With the demise of Olympic Arms, I could no longer get ejector springs from my Olympic 9mm top end for my M16 lower. By purchasing a KAK 9mm Mag Well Adaptor, I was able to convert over to Colt mags (which are very easy to load, being double stack design). The mag well adaptor worked perfectly on semi auto, full auto, and burst modes. The bolt locked open after the last shot and the mags dropped out smoothly. The upper retention screw causes slight interference with the upper, but by adjusting the washer before tightening the screw, it closes OK. A little relief filing on the upper would help with closing the upper.
