MULTI POSITION DIMPLE DRILL JIG
worked great.

Works like a charm
I have a dimple jig in .750, .875 and .936. All KAK. They all work fine. The jig is setup to work with different gas blocks that have different center to center dimensions on the mounting screws. I do not worry about that because I only use 1 dimple in my barrels. One is all you need but if you want 2 screws you can do it. That way I never have to worry about which gas block I buy and whether or not I have the right dimple jig to work with that specific block. One and done. You cant go wrong with these dimple jigs.

Did the Job
This was the first barrel I’ve used that wasn’t pre dimpled and I wasn’t quite sure which set of holes I needed to drill. But, KAK sent me an answer to my question as well as a video. No questions after that. It worked great.

Multi Position Dimple Jig
Excellent tool! takes the guesswork out of dimpling you new barrel or just replacing your gas block. Easy to use, and you end up with perfect results every time.

Great Tool!
This tool worked perfectly for me! As someone who is new to building an AR I was amazed at how simple this was to use. Great quality and did exactly what it's supposed to do.

It's good.
Does exactly what it's supposed to do; does it very well. Allows you to drill perfectly diametrically opposed to the gas port. Thanks to this tool, I found out the gas port on my barrel, not a KAK barrel, is drilled roughly 1 o'clock. just don't like the drill bit. Prefer 130 degree. 90 degrees goes too deep in the center for my peace of mind.

Tool too soft
I don't know if the one I got missed the heat treat cycle, but it was too soft, the drill holes were a little undersized, and the provided drill bit chewed up the tool and the drill was able to wobble. Also, the HSS bit barely scratched my nitrided BA barrel. I ended up ordering a different tool from somebody else, for a lot more money, and with a solid carbide bit, Don't have it yet but have high hopes. Need to do three barrels to start.

Excellent!
Well made, affordable. The bit is a huge plus. I put a touch of oil before starting to drill and took care of a nitrided barrel easily. Wish I would have bought one years ago!

The Dimply Boy
The jig worked great. I made sure to hide as much of the drill bit into the drill's chuck as much as possible, to prevent over drilling the hole.
