MULTI POSITION DIMPLE DRILL JIG

Bought .750 jig, it fit perfect and the line up pin set in the gas hole of the barrel securely, after a thin coat of oil was applied. My only gripe is the material it was shipped in. The first jig I ordered returned to KAK due to unscannable bar code. The second one I ordered while waiting on the first arrived in a timely manner, but the scan code was almost shot as well. Stronger packaging would solve this. Having said all that, the jig was machined with tight tolerances, and for the money, is a great add to my tool kit. Makes barrel dimpeling a breeze !

Takes the guess work out of drilling for a gas block. Is easy and accurate to use, resulting in a quality finished product. Price is fair and shipping was fast.

Great product, after watching Kak videos I realized how critical it is to dimple your barrel for proper gas port alignment. My 6.5 is shooting great and the ejection isses are gone. You realize that being a fraction off can create multiple issues at the range. The tool works great and is easy to use. You simply measure your gas block set screws, match distance on tool, rotate 180 and drill the dimples. Thanks Kak for a great product, I bought 2 sizes and am very happy with the results!

Machined perfectly. Have KVP jigs and the dimple hole that is supposed to be directly below the gas port isn't directly below the gas port. These jigs are perfect. Thank you KAK!

Dimpling barrels for use with set-screw-secured gas blocks is a good idea for a secure fit. This jig made it so easy and stress free. The set screw on the jig lines up with the gas port hole in the barrel and secures the jig in place. The bit fits nicely in the holes on the opposite side leaving a perfect dimple. I only made 1 dimple. The jig didn't have the right spacing for the aero precision gas block I was mounting, but I only want one dimple in the event I change gas blocks later. Buy this thing!

This thing worked AMAZING! Pretty straight forward so as long as you have the correct sizing for your barrel type. You tighten the screw with your gas port and you drill on the opposite side of that. Took me about 4-5 tries because it was my first time ever doing this procedure and was scared to damage my barrel but got more confident by try 3. Just wanted make sure it was deep enough so that my screw can set into the dimple. Hell of a tool made the build a lot easier.
