KAK INDUSTRY AR10/LR-308 COMPLETE BOLT CARRIER GROUP

  • Full Auto Profile with correct sear trip placement
  • Permatex added between Gas Key and Carrier Mating Surface
  • Carrier- 8620 steel, outside rails, bolt runs, and gas bores ground to .0002 tolerances
  • Gas key – 4130 steel, heat treated, secured with proper grade 8 fasteners, torqued to spec, staked with  hydraulic staking machine 
  • MPI Tested and marked
  • 9310 Dual ejector bolt, phosphate finish 
  • High pressure firing pin and smaller HP FP hole
  • 18 oz

    I only have around 100 rounds on this BCG, but will say the fit and finish are great. The extractor is very tight and leaves a few brass shavings in the chamber, but after initial break in that should be fine. The lock up is very tight, but headspaced with my KAK barrel. Again, that will get better with break in. Overall very happy with this BCG. First AR308 build and it runs great with no "tuning".

    Great finish and worked first try perfectly with a new Creedmoor build--not sure but it seems to be a tad heftier than other 308 BCG's I've used--I'm guessing that helps more with assuring a good-lock-up with the extension in a wider variety of calibers.

    I received my BCG well packed and quickly from KAK. I checked the headspacing on my PSA SS barrel and everything checked out good. The bolt's finish is excellent. So far it has performed flawlessly, it doesn't seem to be too hard on my brass. I will be buying from KAK in the future. Thanks

    Don't let the price fool you. This BCG is very nice. Runs like a top and with features and a coating that generally only come on BCGs twice this price, I see no reason to ever look else where. Definitely recommended!

    I haven't put it in a build yet, but at first handling this thing is solidly made. Nice finish and just has the feel of a well precisioned piece.

    So i just got my stuff today this BCG was one of them. Am impressed with the quality it appears to be Am working on the build currently and can't say anything about the functionality yet but it appears to be solid and has a great coating on it that looks flawless. Can't wait to see this running.

    Extremely top notch manufacturing! Excellent coating and it works flawlessly. If your considering a new Bcg or updating an old one you owe it to yourself to get this! No other bcg will compare.

    This is an excellent product. Used on 2 different rifles with fail-to-load and fail-to-eject problems. Tried different magazines and ammo and nothing helped until I replaced the bolt with KAK LR-308 double ejector carrier group. To date I have had zero failures with over 100 rounds through each rifle.

    I can't say enough good things about this BCG. Excellent quality and slick finish. Double ejectors are awesome. Ran a couple hundred rounds through it already and it works flawlessly. Bought it on Black Friday for $150 and the price was unbeatable. Another great product from KAK.
