KAK INDUSTRY AR10/LR-308 COMPLETE BOLT CARRIER GROUP

  • Full Auto Profile with correct sear trip placement
  • Permatex added between Gas Key and Carrier Mating Surface
  • Carrier- 8620 steel, outside rails, bolt runs, and gas bores ground to .0002 tolerances
  • Gas key – 4130 steel, heat treated, secured with proper grade 8 fasteners, torqued to spec, staked with  hydraulic staking machine 
  • MPI Tested and marked
  • 9310 Dual ejector bolt, phosphate finish 
  • High pressure firing pin and smaller HP FP hole
  • 18 oz

    The only 308 BCG I will buy. The dual ejectors are a must have in the 308 Platform. KAK Industry BCG’s are by far the best cycling and no jamb bolts on the market. Outstanding craftsmanship at an amazing price point. Thanks again..

    Solved my ejection problems with a PSA Creedmoor upper

    Installed the KAK double ejector BCG in a PSA upper 6.5 Creedmoor build that would not reliable extract/eject fired brass with a standard PSA .308 BCG. Solved my problems and the upper now shoots <0.5 inch groups with at least three different factory loads. Can’t ask for more than that. Very happy with the purchase.

    Have this in my 6.5 Creedmoor build. No failure to eject! I have to still test fire my build. But with all KAK parts I've purchased, no problems!

    I work professionally as a Gunsmith there are alot of products I see come through our shop that have failure to eject or extracting issues especially on larger ar-10 platforms. The KAK industry 308 double ejector bolt carrier group is not one of those products. I assembled my upper and test fired 10 rounds into our clearing barrel we have in our shop, the rounds flew so far away I still have not found the spent brass. The quality of machining and craftsmanship is outstanding. If I ever build another ar-10 for myself of a customer this bolt carrier group will be in it guaranteed.

    Built my first upper from multiple components, (bought a few complete uppers of various makes) I built a AR10 wildcat upper with this BCG. I think I will make KAK BCG my go to for all my builds if I should do any more

    I bought this BCG for my AR10 build. With the duel ejection ports is what really Drew me to make this purchase giving that added port and having an adjustable gas system will give you that added ability to tune your rifle to run any ammo.

    Outstanding product . Had ejection issues with two other bolts read the reveiws, so i deceided to give kak bcg a try. I can fill the guys pocket with hot brass two lanes down now. You wont be disappointed .Plus shipping is super fast.
