LR-308 CARBINE HEAVY BUFFER

Built an LR-308 with a 16" barrel/mid-length gas system and had problems with it double feeding and/or stove piping about every other shot. I put this buffer in, along with a Sprinco orange spring and all is solved. I've put over 250 rounds through it now with not even one issue. This buffer with the stronger spring solved my problems. Highly recommended and I wouldn't build another one without this in the budget. Well worth the money.

What can I say? This heavy buffer works like a charm. Put this in my first build right from the get go. Have been very impressed by its performance mated with a Sprinco heavy orange spring. It's been working so well that I decided to use the same set up in my new build. It slows the bolt down decreasing the amount of felt recoil and allows you to get back on target quicker. Yes they're a little pricey compared to a standard buffer but you'll definitely be happy with your purchase.

This combined with a springco orange spring gives my 308 less recoil than me ar15. Amazing product for half the price or slash heavy buffers

Used a standard spring and buffer in my 308 build.So much gas the brass was deforming and would not fire next round. Bought a high end spring and used the same buffer.Much better results but not tame enough. Purchased this 5.5 ounce buffer and it made all the difference. Cycles and fires the way it should. Fast service and shipping.

My AR10 was way over gassed and ejecting at 2 o'clock or so. This slowed the action down, cut the recoil and brass is ejecting back around 3:30ish
