This listing is for a single casing

 

This is a REUSEABLE machined aluminum replacement for the standard nylon M212 plastic casing 

These are reloadable / reusable and use our lift charges or standard version lift charges. (38S&W type)

Designed to work with zinc pushers/ M781 projectiles.

Sealant is recommended to keep the m781 projectile seated properly. 

The internal volume of our design matches M212 plastic casings so velocities and trajectories are consistant

Machined in house and tested for many uses

 

loading procedure - 

put a SMALL amount of sealer on the zinc pusher base diameter

insert zinc pusher / chalk projectile in M212 casing and twist to distribute sealer

recommended sealer sets up in about 10 min

after your casing becomes used several times and dirty, sealer may not be required to hold the pusher in the case

when at your shooting location and ready to fire, insert blank lift charge in base, should be a tight slip fit.   sealer is normally not required for the lift charge

after firing, to decap the casing for reuse position case over a hole on table or on top of another casing and drive out spent lift charge with a 1/4 inch punch or similar

casings can be cleaned if needed with normal methods, but is normally not required

 

do not seat the lift charge before sealing the pusher and letting is setup
