    Paired with the KAK 9mm BCG, worked excellent. The "feed ramp" is not as steep as other 9mm barrels resulting in better feeding with the 115 grain and 124 JHP that I shot with. I only polish the feed ramp prior to installing.

    Great barrel, I just wish I would have noticed it is 1/2 36 instead of the standard 1/2 28 so I could have ordered the proper muzzle brake at the same time.

    This barrel was just what I was looking for at the right price to build my Spikes Tactical colt pattern 9mm AR. It is a very clean barrel with zero blemishes and a nice melonite finish. Markings are clean and easy to read on the outside...and the chamber and rifling inside the barrel were nice and clean. I have not had a chance to take this gun to the range yet...but I'm sure it will be a great shooter. Another great quality product at a great price that I would recommend to anyone.

    I bought this barrel during the pre-election scare. I was trying to build a budget Ar-9 style rifle and couldn't justify the extra cost for a competitor barrel. Not for a plinking rifle. I'm glad I bought this barrel. When I took it to the range, all the other people shooting 5.56 Ar rifles wanted to shoot my firearm. Everyone who tried it was amazed at accuracy, every shot hitting a 1-inch area, off hand shooting. Even with Blazer brass and Perfecta ammo, the cheapest stuff I could find.

    The barrel is a bit heavy however the install and function worked well. Installed the barrel on a R.R. upper and fit well. Used a KAK AR15 9MM CARBINE BUFFER EXTENDED with a JP tuned & polished AR15 carbine spring and all functioned great. Shot consistently at 50 yards, I did not have the opportunity to stretch it out due to having a large group of folks at the range. I will update once I head out again. I also must say that customer service is excellent Kurt and Jennie answered my questions via email super quickly and that is hard to come by now a days.

    for the price this barrel is awesome, love the heavy barrel profile it has, installed on my palmetto state armory upper with no issues at all.
