Don't let the term "value line" turn you off
In looking to do an AR pistol build, I wanted everything to be custom but not pay a king's ransom. I purchased this barrel for $75 and so far could not be happier. The price is solid and so it the overall quality. Perhaps if I were going to be sending tens of thousands of rounds thru this each year, I might look to spend more money. But the fact is I will probably only fire a thousand rounds (maybe less) from my AR pistol in any given year. I have many other firearms that need attention (and ammo) and I take good care of my pieces. So unless you have unlimited access to ammo and don't take care of your weapons (which is YOUR fault, BTW), then this is a perfectly suitable option for your AR pistol build. It performs as expected. Nothing more, nothing less.

It works!
I finally tested this sweet 7.5 inch barrel yesterday. Unfortunately, I had only 50 rounds on me. With my KAK Blade on the other end of my pistol, I placed all 50 rounds within a 6 inch circle at 25 yards. Only have iron sights at this point. The Price was Right!

Excellent product
This is the second barrel I have purchased from KAK and continue to be completely satisfied. Excellent quality, finish and value. Used for 7.5" AR pistol and shoots very nice groups. Highly recommend KAK Shockwave pistol buffer tube and blade also. Do yourself a favor and buy KAK barrels and put the $50-$100 savings from other barrels towards something else or ammo.
