Surprised it works.
Can’t say enough Good things about KAK shipping and delivery. Super fast great service. Bought 2 barrels and built 2 shorty pistols. Regular gas blocks and I’m using a H1 buffer. The pistols run great with 556 ammo. Now with .223 ammo I can only get around 2-6 shots before it fails to eject. Most of the time I have to knock the stock on the table to get the spent shell out. The barrel and chamber are very dirty with powder and brass when I shot .223 ammo. So I have a 2 dedicated 556 pistols. No big deal I expected some issues with the short barrel but its lots of fun to shoot. kak response - these are set up to be used with standard carbine 3.0 oz buffers

Great investment for an inexpensive pistol build
I bought this barrel and gas tube in July, it shipped and I installed it. I was at the range late July and it is phenomenal. The price is good at under 100 bucks. It puts ot a giant fireball with 5.56. I will be buying another.

I love this barrel as much as I loved Daenerys Targaryen. At first when your build is done. You're like awe it's so cute. But, then you take it to the range, start shooting and everyone around you is like. What is that? This baby is loud and throws lots of fire. Groups WAY tighter than I figured. Size of a softball at 75-100 yards. Just be warned. VERY loud. But if you like fireballs and big bangs, it might be for you.

4.75" 5.56 Barrel-- WoW
Very nice, Well constructed... Easy Fit, no burrs or imperfections... The only reason I didn't give all 5 Stars is no dimpling... (Which I knew when I purchased) really for this price most barrel makers dimple... not a real big deal as easy to dimple with the dimple jig, just another step... overall GREAT barrel...! Makes a real nice 5.56 pistol... just bought the 300 Blackout "big brother" barrel in 4.75"... KAK has a winner in this barrel...!
