Amazing 3 Prong Flash Hider!
Have it permanently attached to a 14.5. The internal serrations, or "teeth", really truly do work. Fired at night side by side with another 14.5 gun with an AAC 3 prong same ammo (Fed. M193). The KAK 3 prong had significantly less flash. My only gripe, the pilot hole for blind pin and welding is not centered in line with any of the prongs. I like things to be symmetrical and I like to have one of the prongs at 6 o'clock - for good reasons. However when I timed the flash hider this way, the pilot hole is at 4:30. So I had to do the P/W there, and that isn't symmetrical. End of the world? No. Ugly and asymmetrical? Yes. And that cost this review 1 star. In fact, before purchasing I emailed and asked about the pilot hole placement and was told that that's just how it is. Something about mass production blah blah blah. The pilot hole on all of their other muzzle devices are at 6 o'clock, so I don't see why this should be any different. All that aside, amazing and highly functional 3 prong flash hider. Very underrated. Oh and it has a VERY slight ping. It's not that bad compared to other pronged hiders, but that's never bothered me, just mentioning for the zillions of people who can't stand it. This one pings/rings for only a half second and stops. Not bad at all. That's all folkz.
