    Great company

this tube is built very stout. I have it on a 10.5" and it seems quieter then other tubes I have tried. Get one and you'll be impressed too!

    Definitely a good purchase

This buffer tube is specifically designed for use with the Shockwave and the detents in the tube are perfect for locking the wave into place.. much better than the SB15. Mine is mounted to an M4 adapter on my Kriss SDP and it looks GREAT and works even better.

    Excellent

KAK's Shockwave pistol buffer tube works exactly as described, plus allows a positive, non-slip adjustment of the overall length of the brace, unlike the competition. Once set it stays put! I will definitely be replacing the tubes on several of my rifle caliber pistols with this product in the very near future!

    Nice item

I eventually bought two of these. The tube is probably essential to the shockwave brace due to the set screw configuration. I will have to admit I am not fully impressed with the manufacturing tolerances of the shockwave brace device (not this tube!) because only one of three actually fit the tube's properly. First one cracked,(returned) replacement was fine, third one I had to trim because it was far too tight. Inconsistent manufacturing. The two tubes were calipered to exact dimensions. Fault is the wrist brace.

    Excellent idea executed flawlessly.

Quality: Nothing lacking in this buffer tube. Well made, good finish. Price: This tube comes in at a good price compared to other tubes. Value: The set screw locations machined into the tube are awesome. They take the guesswork out of lining the brace up and you don't have to worry about marring the tube up if you want to move it to the rear later. I would recommend always using this tube with the shockwave blade.

    Well made, simple design

This is your basic buffer tube with a divot for the shockwave brace.. Works great, lockup is tight and allows you to adjust that perfect "cheek weld".

You will need to purchase the castle nut separately

Posted by Eric on June 20, 2015

The shockwave tube is good stuff, but unless you already have one, you will have to order a castle nut to secure the tube because the shockwave tube does not come with one. I did not know this and so I will have to make another order just for a nut.

An absolute must have for the Shockwave Blade

Posted by Greg on June 5, 2015

I have been skeptical of KAK tubes in the past, I think just because the other tubes I had were larger and didn't allow the SB Type braces to slide. This tube leaves no room for skepticism. IT ROCKS! I have this on my PAP M85NP on a side folder and position is totally essential. It needs to be out of the way of the magazine release and other functional parts of the gun while folded. It also needs to be deployed to exactly the right distance to hit my cheek or forearm where I need to depending on how I index the sights.
