No nonsense look feel and function. Super light weight and works best with the KAK detent buffer tube.

Ordered this with a shockwave tube. Rock solid fit and lockup with shockwave tube. Great quality, definitely recommended.

This is my second KAK pistol brace. I really like how light weight, simple and fits good. Improves the shootablity of both my 5.56 pistol and 300blk pistol. Will refer this to friends over other brand pistol braces.

    Great looks, ok use.

Ok, it's the rage now. It looks great and is very well made, but I'm not sure it's very useful. I've used the pistol with it and with just the bare tube and honestly my cheekweld seems to be the same. With straps, it adds a bit of help to stabilize. Without, the pistol can still move all around. With 10.5" barrel, it is of little help with arm extended. If the look is what your after, I say go for it. A sling helps stabilize moreso as you have some tension to work with. Screw tends to back out. Even with loctite, the screw will back off a tiny bit from the detente hole in tube and let it wiggle a bit. Replaced screw with a knobbed screw and is easier to snug up every now and again. Doesn't help to keep pistol upright if leaned against something. Doesn't protect the end of your buffer tube either. The old rubber cap offers more utility and protects your buffer tube. But that doesn't look as good. If laws didn't dictate how you can use these, the benefits could be much more useful. But currently it's like saying pants can only be worn around the waist. If you wear the above or below your waist, you've converted them into an illegal form of clothing requiring an extra tax and approval. Forget about even attaching a belt or suspenders to this combination for fear of creating an illegal garment worthy of serving time at fashion shows. End result. Get it if it looks good to you. It does to me. Just don't expect it to make the pistol rock solid on its own. It is the best looking one out there to me.

    Very Stable

Posted by Kyrinn on July 29, 2017

Unfortunately, I still haven't fired the pistol to which it is attached, but I am more than pleased with its fit and finish, and how stable the blade is once screwed down onto the custom receiver extension. When I do finally get the opportunity to fire the pistol (a 10.5" 7.62x39 upper), I'll be sure to write a more thorough review.
