    KAK has surprised me again with their value and quality. My initial impressions on fit and quality are good. Chrome lining appears consistent. Phosphate coating is even. Gas port is aligned to index post. Crown is even. I wasn't able to gauge the gas port size but found it shot pleasantly with a standard carbine buffer. I just have got done test firing the barrel for my new build at a local indoor range so I cannot speak of accuracy beyond 75 yards, but I was able to stack rounds into 2" group with iron sights and a bad shooting platform. Overall I'm very happy with barrel as it seems to be a good foundation for a hard use rifle.
